Job Requirements
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
- familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems
- ability to stay cool under pressure
- flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- food safety and alcohol certifications
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must pass background check including credit, driving, and criminal
Job Qualifications
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
- familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems such as Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar
- ability to stay cool under pressure
- leadership skills
- flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- food safety and alcohol certifications
Job Duties
- Managing shift staffing
- executing standards of service
- leading daily pre-shift meetings
- reducing turnover through coaching and development
- participating in the hiring process
- conducting line checks
- ensuring 100% recipe compliance
- maintaining strict food safety standards
- resolving guest concerns graciously
- serving dishes to perfection
- managing administrative tasks including shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews
