Job Requirements

  • Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
  • familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems
  • ability to stay cool under pressure
  • flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • food safety and alcohol certifications
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must pass background check including credit, driving, and criminal

Job Qualifications

  • ability to stay cool under pressure
  • leadership skills
  • flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Managing shift staffing
  • executing standards of service
  • leading daily pre-shift meetings
  • reducing turnover through coaching and development
  • participating in the hiring process
  • conducting line checks
  • ensuring 100% recipe compliance
  • maintaining strict food safety standards
  • resolving guest concerns graciously
  • serving dishes to perfection
  • managing administrative tasks including shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews
