The Restaurant Manager role at Square One Concepts is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the restaurant to uphold high standards of service and profitability. The selected individual will lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. This management position involves setting clear performance goals, conducting staff training, managing schedules, and supervising staff evaluations and disciplinary actions in line with company policies. The Restaurant Manager will closely manage inventory control, cost optimization, and resource allocation to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. A crucial part of the role involves active customer interaction to gather feedback and promptly address concerns, enhancing guest satisfaction.

Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop operational budgets, forecast revenue, and implement strategies aimed at driving sales and boosting financial performance. They will also maintain high standards for food and beverage quality through regular menu tastings and monitoring presentation and portion control. Staying visible on the floor, the manager will build rapport with guests and create a welcoming dining environment. The role requires proficiency in various operational systems such as Aloha POS, Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ for tasks related to scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and reporting. The position is full-time and demands flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties
