Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience required
- management experience preferred
- completion of corporate training program
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- proficient with Aloha POS, Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ
Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees per policy
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- set performance goals and provide support
- conduct regular staff meetings
- oversee daily operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to policies
- monitor inventory levels and control costs
- implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- continuously improve operational processes
- ensure a welcoming dining experience and handle guest feedback
- maintain a visible presence engaging with customers
- collaborate with regional manager on budget management
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
- conduct regular menu tastings and maintain food quality
- manage compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manage inventory and purchase supplies
- conduct daily inspections for health and safety compliance
- evaluate equipment maintenance needs
- collaborate with chefs on menu development
- maintain sales records and cash receipt tracking
- prepare and submit operational reports
- perform other duties as assigned
