The Restaurant Manager role at Quality Brand Group is a critical leadership position within each Dunkin' location. The Restaurant Manager oversees operations, staff recruitment, and development to ensure the store consistently meets high standards of service and cleanliness. This role involves managing the store's financial performance, including sales goals, profitability, and expense control. The Restaurant Manager holds full accountability for the profit and loss (P&L) statement of the store, operating as if they own the business location.
This position requires a hands-on leader who remains actively engaged with both customers and employees. The manager drives continuous improvement in store operations while ensuring that all products are prepared according to quality standards. The Restaurant Manager leads by example, cultivating teamwork and motivation among the staff through direct supervision or delegation to shift leaders and assistant managers. They are responsible for fostering a positive guest experience during their assigned shifts and for managing employee relations such as counseling, discipline, promotions, or dismissals. The role demands expertise in communication, training, customer service excellence, and operational management to maintain the brand's reputation and financial success.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification
- Experience in the food service industry
