Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

  • proficiency with scheduling and inventory systems

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
  • a passion for serving guests and elevating their day
  • strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • a track record of delivering results and building strong teams
  • a desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you
  • strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms
  • experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest interactions on every visit
