Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- a passion for serving guests and elevating their day
- strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- a track record of delivering results and building strong teams
- a desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you
- strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms
- experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest interactions on every visit
