Job Description
This job posting is for a Restaurant Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Jack in the Box. It is important to note that the independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your direct employer if hired. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment-related matters within the restaurant, including hiring, firing, wages, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Flexibility to work long and irregular hours
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Good organization and planning skills
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Must be available to work any day and time including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
