The role of a Manager at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse is central to maintaining these high standards and upholding the company's core values. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of your restaurant department by ensuring it is fully staffed and fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment. You will be responsible for developing your team members and holding them accountable in a constructive manner to meet employee standards that align with Fleming's brand promise. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience
  • minimum of 3 years salaried management experience preferred
  • strong and stable work history
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred
