Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
  • Ability to stand entire shift and walk long periods
  • Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign, and direct work

  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction

  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
  • Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
  • Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Control day-to-day operations following cash control/security procedures
  • Review financial reports and schedules, take appropriate actions
  • Control food cost by following recipes, portion control and inventory management
  • Control labor cost through monitoring schedules and sales performance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
