Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Ability to stand entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate
- Ability to use close, distance, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations following cash control/security procedures
- Review financial reports and schedules, take appropriate actions
- Control food cost by following recipes, portion control and inventory management
- Control labor cost through monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Perform all other duties as assigned
