Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work a five-day work week, scheduled 50 hours per week with up to 3 closing shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain consistent food and beverage standards
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies
- Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
- Train and develop team members through ongoing coaching and leadership
- Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic initiatives
