Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21 years
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- One year previous restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Experience in full-service restaurant management preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with the Outback Steakhouse brand
- Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure employee and guest safety
- Comply with operational, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies and laws
- Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting the service standard
- Have a working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards
