This position is offered at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. This franchisee is a separate business entity and employer from McDonald's USA, meaning that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the full responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions, which include interviews, hiring, or management of personnel.
