Job Requirements
- 2+ years as a manager in a full-service restaurant
- Commitment to maintaining health guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and teammates
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
- Commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment
- Capability to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
- Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
- Partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
