Job Requirements

2+ years as a manager in a full-service restaurant
Commitment to maintaining health guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and teammates
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Capability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
Commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment
Capability to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
