Restaurant Manager

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. While the restaurant uses McDonald's branding, logos, and food products under a licensing agreement, it is a distinct business entity separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment decisions and management of the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not have any involvement in employment matters for this location, and all applications and employment decisions are handled directly by the franchisee. The role available is that of a General Manager, a crucial leadership position responsible for running a profitable restaurant. The General Manager ensures that the restaurant meets McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager will work closely with their leader and department managers to guide and support their teams. This role may also require involvement in hiring and training Department and Shift Managers to build a strong pipeline of future leaders who can help the business grow.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of management experience, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail settings. Being 18 years or older is also a requirement to qualify for this managerial role.
