Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. While the restaurant uses McDonald's branding, logos, and food products under a licensing agreement, it is a distinct business entity separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment decisions and management of the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not have any involvement in employment matters for this location, and all applications and employment decisions are handled directly by the franchisee. The role available is that of a General Manager, a crucial leadership position responsible for running a profitable restaurant.
