Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. While the restaurant uses McDonald's branding, logos, and food products under a licensing agreement, it is a distinct business entity separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment decisions and management of the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- 2 years management experience
- must be 18 years or older
- previous experience managing high volume restaurant locations preferred
- ability to meet McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to create and execute operational plans
- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- support Department Managers in setting and achieving their goals
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations
