Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor departmental progress and provide direction
- maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
