Job Description

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Willingness to accept feedback and learn
- Physical capability to stand and move for extended periods during shift
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Good organization and planning skills
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours weekly
- Availability to work any day and anytime including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests

- Ensure orders are timely, accurate, and high quality
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
