Additionally, employees receive paid holidays on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Fourth of July. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. The restaurant also offers an employee meal discount of 100% up to $10 during shifts.
The restaurant manager is expected to set a strong example in customer service by maintaining visibility on the floor and interacting frequently with guests. They must foster a "guest comes first" attitude among all staff while being courteous, friendly, and positive. Timeliness, accuracy, and high standards for food orders are emphasized. The manager must respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive resolution.
Internally, the manager is responsible for building a motivated restaurant team. Creating a friendly, fun, clean, and safe work environment is crucial.
