Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant manager position at a Jack in the Box restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Willingness to accept feedback and learn
  • Physical capability to stand and move for extended periods during shift

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
  • Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours weekly

Job Duties

  • Set customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
  • Model a guest-first attitude with friendliness and politeness
  • Ensure orders are timely, accurate, and high quality
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • Create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant staff
  • Monitor restaurant performance and focus on increasing sales and profitability
