Aba Nashville is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager with over two years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD $55,000 and $70,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on leading and inspiring the front-of-house team. This role demands a leader who is highly organized, excellent at multitasking, and passionate about maintaining exceptional guest services as well as supporting and developing the restaurant's team members. Duties include managing shifts, organizing and supervising opening and closing procedures, driving sales and cost management in collaboration with the General Manager, and promoting a customer-focused and supportive culture within the restaurant.
