Currently, Little Caesars is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence that the brand is known for. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising restaurant colleagues, ensuring that the team performs their job responsibilities effectively to achieve both customer satisfaction and profitability. This leadership position involves managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, cash management, and quality control. The manager will oversee adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager provides direction and feedback to staff, coaching and counseling to ensure that job duties and company standards are consistently met. This role requires a hands-on approach, including performing food and paper controls, managing labor and utility cost controls, and handling opening and closing procedures. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Proficiency in cash management and basic financial controls
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Works productively and supervises restaurant colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift
- Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, telephone and front counter procedures, and if necessary, the remedy process
- Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and shown on job station helpers
- Displays the proper image and follows Little Caesars policies, procedures and standards for conduct as outlined in the Orientation, OJT handbook, and CARDS Training Program
- Cleans and organizes workstations and ensures standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and required by the local health department
- Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance by colleagues to all safety and security procedures
- Provides direction and feedback to colleagues, follows up by coaching and counseling to ensure job duties are performed and company standards and policies are achieved
- Performs tasks associated with food and paper controls, labor, and utility cost controls and monitors shift activities to ensure compliance
- Completes all daily paperwork neatly and accurately as described by the Operational OJT Guide or as directed by management
- Follows all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely fashion
