We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operational facets of our restaurant locations. This full-time role offers competitive pay of up to $65,000 per year, coupled with bonus pay opportunities. The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality standards. This involves managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently to uphold exceptional customer service and product quality. The position requires strong leadership skills as the manager will motivate and guide the team, including hiring qualified cooks and wait staff, setting work schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate must be adept at overseeing the dining room, managing customer seating capacity, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments is essential for thriving in this role. The manager will lead by example during busy periods, fostering a positive work atmosphere and maintaining high production and productivity standards. The position is on-site and requires the candidate to reside within 30 miles of the location or within a maximum 45-minute commute. This role demands weekend, holiday, day, and night shift availability with a typical 10-hour shift schedule. Educationally, a high school degree is required, coupled with relevant management experience to ensure success in this leadership position.
