Job Requirements
- reside within 30 miles of restaurant location or within a 45-minute commute
- availability for weekend, holiday, day, and night shifts
- willingness to work 10-hour shifts
- high school degree or equivalent
- ability to oversee both front and back of house operations
- experience managing restaurant staff
- compliance with health and safety standards

Job Duties
