Job Requirements

  • reside within 30 miles of restaurant location or within a 45-minute commute
  • availability for weekend, holiday, day, and night shifts
  • willingness to work 10-hour shifts
  • high school degree or equivalent
  • ability to oversee both front and back of house operations
  • experience managing restaurant staff
  • compliance with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of restaurant operations

  • oversee front-of-house dining room and seating capacity
  • hire and schedule qualified cooks and wait staff
  • supervise food preparation and ensure health and safety compliance
  • motivate and lead staff in a fast-paced environment
