The role of Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant while ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and quality meals. In this full-time role, the Restaurant Manager will lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a clear focus on delivering outstanding seafood and beverage service. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and motivating staff to perform their best, managing employee performance through evaluations and corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with all employment and safety policies. The manager will also oversee food safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and guests. With operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., the position offers a balance that supports work-life harmony, avoiding early mornings and late nights.

This position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business setting. Preference is given to those with two or more years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience. Certification in ServSafe or equivalent food safety credentials is required or must be obtainable shortly after hire. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. The pay range for the Restaurant Manager role is approximately $54,400 to $62,900 annually, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding skilled leaders.
