Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math functions
- proven analytical skills

- self-starter with initiative
- proficient in personal computer use
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

- willingness to travel to other locations as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required for internal promotion
- working toward AA or BA/BS preferred
- AA degree acceptable for external recruitment
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred for external candidates
- minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- ServSafe certification required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- proficiency with computers and software applications
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to perform basic math
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
