Job Requirements

  • Three plus years experience in the restaurant industry
  • Prior management experience required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and leadership skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Fifty hours work week minimum
  • Must be able to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant staff and daily operations
  • Implement and uphold the restaurant's standards, policies, and procedures
  • Create and oversee the best guest experience possible
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
