Job Requirements
- Three plus years experience in the restaurant industry
- Prior management experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable means of transportation
- Fifty hours work week minimum
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Must work well with others and show respect to co-workers
- Must take pride in the work that you do
- Must have strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant staff and daily operations
- Implement and uphold the restaurant's standards, policies, and procedures
- Create and oversee the best guest experience possible
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
