The company is committed to creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees, ensuring that every visit is memorable and every team member feels valued.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster is a dynamic and rewarding position that involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service who aspire to lead a successful team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction and driving sales. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be in charge of hiring, training, and inspiring your team to ensure they perform at their best, providing coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and making staffing decisions that align with the restaurant’s goals. Ensuring compliance with all employment policies and food safety regulations is also a key responsibility, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.

Red Lobster emphasizes training and professional development, offering new Restaurant Managers an in-restaurant training program designed to fast track you to the career you want. The company values its managers’ quality of life by offering flexible schedules within operating hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., eliminating the need for early mornings or late nights. This balance supports work-life harmony, allowing managers to focus on their career goals without compromising personal time.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD $60,406 to USD $67,100 per year, accompanied by weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility. Additional benefits include immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match after one year of service. Paid vacation, dining discounts, and opportunities for career advancement further enhance the appeal of this role.

Joining Red Lobster as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a supportive team committed to developing your leadership skills and helping you succeed in the restaurant industry.
