Job Requirements

minimum of one year in the industry as restaurant manager
high school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year experience as a restaurant manager
high school diploma or GED
strong leadership skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations
ability to train and motivate staff

Job Duties

assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
participate in the selection of new crew members
conduct orientation and training for crew members
support daily restaurant operations
promote a positive work environment and uphold quality standards
