Job Duties

  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • participate in the selection of new crew members
  • conduct orientation and training for crew members
  • support daily restaurant operations
  • promote a positive work environment and uphold quality standards
