With a strong presence across the United States, Raising Cane's has quickly grown to become one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country. Known for its vibrant crew culture and dedicated team members, the company upholds a 'Work Hard. Have Fun.' philosophy that fosters an engaging and supportive work environment. As a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, Raising Cane's is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The brand prides itself on creating a unique culture where each crew member plays a vital role in its ongoing success and rapid expansion.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is a pivotal position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in daily restaurant operations while upholding the company’s high standards and vibrant culture. This is a fast-paced job that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where they will manage the restaurant's shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all restaurant zones. The Restaurant Manager acts as the manager on duty, tasked with opening and closing the restaurant and managing cash handling processes to guarantee financial accountability. This role demands a hands-on approach to leadership, including enforcing company policies, facilitating operational standards, and providing exemplary customer service.
Additionally, the Restaurant Manager directs crewmembers during their shifts, motivating the team through the company’s reward and recognition programs and authorizing important employee functions such as discounts and time clock overrides. The position involves actively maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the restaurant facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Candidates for this position should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that includes standing, walking, lifting, and bending, as well as exposure to food products, allergens, and cleaning materials requiring the use of personal protective equipment.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package for managers, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits; flexible spending accounts; life and disability insurance; and financial planning resources. Other perks include tuition reimbursement, a gym membership program, pet insurance, and paid time off, along with weekly pay, a monthly bonus structure, paid holidays, casual work attire, and employee discount programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of managing multiple priorities while demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training and work-related functions. Joining Raising Cane's as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a dedicated team striving to maintain the brand’s reputation for quality, culture, and exceptional dining experiences, while enjoying opportunities for personal and professional growth.
