Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work 50 hours or more per week including weekends and varied shifts
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Ability to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
  • Experience in scheduling, training, and employee development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Understanding of inventory management and cost control methods

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff performance and development
  • Oversee inventory management and food ordering to control costs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Plan and schedule shifts to meet business needs and maintain operational standards
  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Complete financial and administrative duties accurately and timely
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold professional appearance standards
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality and compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Communicate regularly with District Manager to report on restaurant performance and issues
