Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work 50 hours or more per week including weekends and varied shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in managing budgets and financial reporting
- Ability to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
- Experience in scheduling, training, and employee development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Understanding of inventory management and cost control methods
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff performance and development
- Oversee inventory management and food ordering to control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Plan and schedule shifts to meet business needs and maintain operational standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Complete financial and administrative duties accurately and timely
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold professional appearance standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality and compliance
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
- Communicate regularly with District Manager to report on restaurant performance and issues
