In addition to operational responsibilities, the Restaurant General Manager leads efforts to uphold the company’s purpose and values within the restaurant culture. This involves fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee morale and productivity while encouraging professional growth. The role requires the ability to analyze financial reports, address variances swiftly, and take corrective actions to maintain budget targets. Emphasis is placed on effective communication with staff and the District Manager to ensure transparency and a collaborative work environment.

The work schedule for this role is demanding, with approximately 50 hours per week or more, tailored to meet the restaurant’s busiest periods. The General Manager must be flexible in scheduling, working a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts, including the three busiest days of the week. Compensation is competitive and dependent on the candidate’s experience, reflecting the significant responsibilities and leadership demands of the role.
