The role of an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread is pivotal to the operation and success of the bakery-cafe. Assistant Managers are front-line leaders responsible for delivering the high standard of food, service, and guest experience Panera is known for. They ensure that each bakery-cafe operates efficiently and profitably while upholding the company’s reputation and ethos. This position involves strategic planning, organizing shift patterns, and managing daily operational activities.   • Daily hands on experience of all front of house and back of house operations
  • Stable work history is required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
