Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant or retail
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • fluency in English
  • minimum age requirement of 18 years where applicable

  • complete audits and implement system improvements

  • execute marketing promotions
  • roll out new products including team training and marketing
  • set sales goals and track results
