The Front of House/Back of House (FOH/BOH) Manager role at Carrabba’s Italian Grill is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations with limited supervision. The Manager ensures the restaurant provides an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, excellent food quality, and a professionally maintained environment. This position involves managing the scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Carrabba’s brand. The Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the career development of hourly team members, promoting a positive work culture, and enforcing security protocols to safeguard both employees and guests. Additionally, the Manager ensures compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, company policies, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including health inspection requirements.
The role demands active engagement with guest feedback and community opportunities, along with a solid working knowledge of the menu and food preparation standards. Job Requirements
- One (1) year previous restaurant management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications
- One (1) year previous restaurant management experience
- Certification in food safety
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region
Job Duties
- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba's brand
- Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Comply with operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, federal, state, and local laws, and ordinances
- Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting service standards for the restaurant
- Have a working knowledge of entire menu and preparation standards
- Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant
