Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age where applicable
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management
  • proficiency in English
  • knowledge of math and financial management
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to enforce safety and sanitation guidelines
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • create and maintain a guest first culture

  • complete audits and drive system improvements
  • control costs to maximize profitability
  • execute marketing promotions
  • set sales goals and track results
  • manage new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
