Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to travel for work-related functions and training
- Self-driven and highly energetic
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to recognize problems and execute solutions
- Physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during shifts
- Act as manager on duty, handling opening and closing of the restaurant
- Manage cash handling processes and ensure financial accountability
- Enforce company policies and safety standards
- Lead and direct crewmembers during shifts
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility operations
