Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Able to travel for work-related functions and training
  • Self-driven and highly energetic
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Able to recognize problems and execute solutions
  • Physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during shifts
  • Act as manager on duty, handling opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling processes and ensure financial accountability
  • Enforce company policies and safety standards
  • Lead and direct crewmembers during shifts
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility operations
