As a Restaurant Manager at Chuy's, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and effective daily operations of a high-volume full-service restaurant. Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of recent management experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capable of fostering a positive team environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
