Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • 1-5 years of related supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills in POS and Microsoft Office
  • Food preparation skills
  • Up to date on food safety and health codes
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Successful completion of company management training
  • Ability to work varied hours weekends holidays and dinner shifts
  • Compliance with CA wage and hour laws
  • Ability to handle labor and cost management
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Successful completion of company’s management development training program
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
  • Basic computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in food preparation relevant to restaurant business
  • Up to date on food safety and health codes
  • Extensive knowledge in customer relations
  • Customer-focused with ability to work independently or team-oriented

Job Duties

  • Deliver high quality results through recruitment selection onboarding education and coaching
  • Manage store operations through policies service standards and procedure improvement
  • Lead labor and team member management including scheduling monitoring and counseling
  • Build team through rapport support coaching delegation and development
  • Support long-term management staff development and accountability
  • Maintain guest satisfaction through monitoring evaluating and auditing quality and service
  • Uphold cash handling policies including verifying safe balancing drawers and deposits
