Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- 1-5 years of related supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills in POS and Microsoft Office
- Food preparation skills
- Up to date on food safety and health codes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer relations skills
- Successful completion of company management training
- Ability to work varied hours weekends holidays and dinner shifts
- Compliance with CA wage and hour laws
- Ability to handle labor and cost management
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
- Successful completion of company’s management development training program
- Strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
- Basic computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in food preparation relevant to restaurant business
- Up to date on food safety and health codes
- Extensive knowledge in customer relations
- Customer-focused with ability to work independently or team-oriented
Job Duties
- Deliver high quality results through recruitment selection onboarding education and coaching
- Manage store operations through policies service standards and procedure improvement
- Lead labor and team member management including scheduling monitoring and counseling
- Build team through rapport support coaching delegation and development
- Support long-term management staff development and accountability
- Maintain guest satisfaction through monitoring evaluating and auditing quality and service
- Uphold cash handling policies including verifying safe balancing drawers and deposits
