Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in coaching the team and creating a positive work environment
- Identify and schedule 5-Star talent effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives while complying with laws and ethical practices
- Lead interviewing, directing, training, and developing employees
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and budget reviews
- Promote customer satisfaction and monitor product quality
- Train crew in customer service and operational standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
- Control inventory, waste, and security protocols
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and compliance
- Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure safety and compliance with health department regulations
