Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in coaching the team and creating a positive work environment
  • Identify and schedule 5-Star talent effectively
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives while complying with laws and ethical practices
  • Lead interviewing, directing, training, and developing employees
  • Monitor sales, labor costs, and budget reviews
  • Promote customer satisfaction and monitor product quality
  • Train crew in customer service and operational standards
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
  • Control inventory, waste, and security protocols
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and compliance
  • Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure safety and compliance with health department regulations
