Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Train, support, and develop team members
- Monitor and control restaurant expenses and inventory
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Help drive business sales and profitability
- Collaborate with home office support for resources and tools
