- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in the right positions through effective scheduling
- Manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits by maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Handle staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Complete administrative tasks as required
