Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor relationships to guarantee proper compensation and service quality, selecting and supporting both front of house and back of house employees, and focusing on team development to maximize employee performance and guest satisfaction. The role also involves significant administrative tasks such as payroll, human resources coordination, marketing efforts, and financial reporting.

These values guide the restaurant management in delivering memorable guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal Restaurant Manager embraces these principles and strives to build sales, increase profits, and maintain the iconic image of the Hooters brand.
Moreover, the role involves strategic planning and execution to meet financial targets, inventory control, and managing the overall physical facility including food safety, sanitation, security, and cleanliness standards.

This leadership position offers opportunities for career development and the chance to be part of a vibrant, supportive team in a fast-paced, challenging hospitality environment.
