Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years managerial experience in full service restaurant
Food safety and sanitation certification
Must be 21 years or older
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
Ability to complete legally required certifications
Strong organizational and planning skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
Must be 21 years of age or older
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
Strong coaching skills
Intermediate mathematical computations skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to manage changing priorities
