Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of business finances and budgeting
