We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Dunkin' team. This full-time, on-site role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with both the Dunkin' Donuts brand standards and franchisee expectations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to provide strong, positive leadership, fostering a high-performance culture centered on delivering outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and driving profitable top-line sales. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
