The Restaurant Manager role at Bubba's 33 is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing both the Front of House and Back of House operations. Regular inspections like formal line Taste & Temps are conducted to maintain quality standards. Managers are responsible for enforcing security measures that protect both employees and guests. They also oversee inventory controls for food, supplies, and liquor to manage costs effectively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to enforce company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work assignments set hours and weekly schedules assign tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Create safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
