Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to enforce company policies and procedures

  • Passion for guest service and kitchen operations

  • Ability to conduct employee evaluations and training

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work assignments set hours and weekly schedules assign tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front and Back of House training
  • Supervise food production and preparation consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
