Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in restaurant management
  • Availability to work across multiple Detroit market locations including Westland, Novi, Taylor, and Roseville
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Commitment to maintaining company standards of quality and service
  • Valid food handler's certification or ability to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills in the restaurant industry
  • Minimum of three years managing in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience with inventory and cost control management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain Famous Dave's high standards for food quality and cleanliness
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff to deliver excellent guest service
  • Manage sales targets and control costs to achieve financial goals
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
