Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- frequent bending, reaching, and stooping required
- exposure to various environmental conditions including indoor/outdoor dining, low lighting, and food allergens
- must be able to work in loud environments and communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or key-holder experience in a high-volume environment
- demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop staff
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- tech-savvy and able to work with restaurant software and reporting tools
- passion for hospitality, team development, and results-driven leadership
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Promote and uphold 4 Star’s core values and operational standards
- actively coach, develop, and support hourly team members through clear communication and consistent feedback
- participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary conversations
- lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and active floor presence
- foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
- collaborate with the management team on daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives
- manage labor effectively during shifts to align with forecasted business needs
