Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • frequent bending, reaching, and stooping required
  • exposure to various environmental conditions including indoor/outdoor dining, low lighting, and food allergens
  • must be able to work in loud environments and communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or key-holder experience in a high-volume environment
  • demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop staff
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • tech-savvy and able to work with restaurant software and reporting tools
  • passion for hospitality, team development, and results-driven leadership
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Promote and uphold 4 Star’s core values and operational standards
  • actively coach, develop, and support hourly team members through clear communication and consistent feedback
  • participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary conversations
  • lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and active floor presence
  • foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
  • collaborate with the management team on daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives
  • manage labor effectively during shifts to align with forecasted business needs
