Restaurant Managers at Yard House enjoy a balanced work schedule with no more than 50 hours per week and two days off, promoting quality of life for all team members. Comprehensive benefits are available immediately and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off of up to three weeks within the first year, and a robust 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 120% on the first 6% of earnings, plus a Company-paid Retirement Plus Benefit of 1.5% of eligible salary added to the 401(k) account.
