Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to pass background check and comply with company policies

  • Experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide schedule and direct Front and Back of House training
  • Supervise food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
  • Enforce restaurant security to maintain safety
  • Manage inventory and control food supplies and liquor costs
  • Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
