The role of a Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse is pivotal to maintaining this standard of excellence. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to pass background check and comply with company policies

- Experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours scheduling and assigning tasks
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide schedule and direct Front and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce restaurant security to maintain safety
- Manage inventory and control food supplies and liquor costs
- Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
