The position available is for a Restaurant Manager, a vital role responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff. This position can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility depending on the candidate's availability. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive atmosphere, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and managing the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, supervising front- and back-of-house operations, organizing schedules, and managing payroll. Additionally, the manager will focus on controlling operational costs by identifying waste and implementing cost-saving measures. Job Requirements
