Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management or equivalent hospitality leadership experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • a passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
