Kaiyo Handroll Bar is a beautifully remodeled neighborhood restaurant celebrated for its warm hospitality, high-quality Nikkei cuisine, and friendly, inclusive atmosphere. As part of the Brick x Brick Restaurant group, which operates several high-profile restaurants and bars in San Francisco, Kaiyo Handroll Bar has established itself as a community-driven eatery that values exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment. We are excited to announce the reopening of Kaiyo Handroll Bar and are seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team into this new chapter. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and reputation the restaurant has built over the years. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and an outstanding dining experience for all guests. You will lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our core values.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus. - 3+ years of restaurant management or equivalent hospitality leadership experience
