This Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins restaurant is an independently owned and operated franchise, licensed by DD Franchising LLC and BR Franchising LLC respectively. Unlike working directly for Dunkin' Brands, Inc., employment here is with the franchisee, an independent business owner responsible for setting unique wage and benefit programs. Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing
Math and financial management skills

Job Duties

Ensure brand standards and systems are executed

Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
