This Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins restaurant is an independently owned and operated franchise, licensed by DD Franchising LLC and BR Franchising LLC respectively. Unlike working directly for Dunkin' Brands, Inc., employment here is with the franchisee, an independent business owner responsible for setting unique wage and benefit programs. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing
  • Math and financial management skills

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
  • Lead by example and promote an environment where there is a sense of urgency to satisfy guests
  • Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
  • Engage and empower team to develop solutions that drive business results
  • Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
