In the role of Dining Room Manager, Uncle Julio's is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead dining room operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The Manager will play a key role in guiding the service team, overseeing service flow, and partnering with kitchen staff to maintain timely and high-quality food and hospitality delivery. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in POS systems, and strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the casual restaurant industry and possess current alcohol and food certifications compliant with state requirements. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications as required by state
