Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to lead 10 or more team members per shift
  • knowledge of financial management including budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
  • preferred experience in drive thru and catering operations
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to enforce company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales targets
  • recognize all revenue areas and development strategies to impact sales
  • enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans and HR and training materials
  • manage and control direct expenses
  • oversee labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
  • select, retain, supervise, and train employees
  • adhere to established training programs
  • provide guidance and leadership to team members
  • enforce policies, procedures, and controls
