Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to lead 10 or more team members per shift
- knowledge of financial management including budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- preferred experience in drive thru and catering operations
- strong communication and leadership skills
- willingness to enforce company policies and procedures

- awareness of QSR trends
- strong knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- strong administrative, multitasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Achieve sales targets
- recognize all revenue areas and development strategies to impact sales
- enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans and HR and training materials
- manage and control direct expenses
- oversee labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
- select, retain, supervise, and train employees
- adhere to established training programs
- provide guidance and leadership to team members
- enforce policies, procedures, and controls
