The Restaurant Manager role at Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering is a vital leadership position responsible for achieving sales and profit targets set by the General Manager. Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
must be at least 21 years of age
ability to lead 10 or more team members per shift
knowledge of financial management including budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
preferred experience in drive thru and catering operations
strong communication and leadership skills
willingness to enforce company policies and procedures

Job Duties
