Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience
- At least 1 year of bar management experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor bartenders to consistently deliver craft cocktails and exceptional service
- Manage bar operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Develop and refine our cocktail program while staying current with industry trends
- Train staff on techniques, recipes, and customer service standards
- Work hands-on during service to ensure quality and team support
- Build a positive, collaborative bar culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Collaborate with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction
