The role of Restaurant Manager at Lazy Dog in Oxnard is ideal for passionate full-service leaders who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment. The role offers an annual salary range of $74,000 to $78,000 along with many benefits such as paid vacations, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Candidates with a proven track record of managing full-service, high-volume restaurants, who can effectively train and coach staff while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, will excel in this position. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • CA Resp Beverage certification
  • ServSafe card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia)
  • Food Handlers card (California, Nevada, Texas)
